I LOVED staying here! There is a 24-hour front desk, which was extremely helpful for questions, also the place is NEWLY RENOVATED (has only been open for a few months) to perfection, the bed was comfortable, extremely clean, brand new furnishings, great wallpaper and floor rug, blackout shades, tv that worked, sufficient towels, overhead fan, all of the lamps, outlets, refrigerator, shower, etc. worked - it was just a lovely, comfortable place to stay and enjoy a few days in SF.

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Recently updated. The area was really nice, for San Francisco. You absolutely have to pay for parking at the parking structure down the street. Very common for car breaking anywhere in San Francisco. So this is to be expected. Everything is within walking distance and as long as you stay away from the tenderloin you will enjoy your stay here.

How old the building was and awesome elevator ! Bed comfy , can open windows, love the character of building. Fresh citrus water available Any time and good coffee / tea avail.

The hotel is in an older building that survived the 1906 earthquake and has character and charm. It's in a quiet, walkable neighborhood for being in the city. We got a good price through Booking.com and were surprised at how nice the hotel was considering what we paid. Everyone we encountered there was very nice and you could tell they wanted our stay to be a good one. If our travels bring us to Saan Francisco again, will definitely be going back.

The room was very clean, the hotel had a good location close to most of the places we were planning to visit, check in was fast with no extra charges. Also, it was not hard to find parking in front of the hotel. We had no problems at all, it was good experience.

Location was good, it is next to a quaint coffee shop that has great coffee and breakfast options. There is no on site parking, so keep that in mind. Hotel is super cute, I loved riding the elevator! Would stay here again!

This is a hidden gem. Our room was newly renovated and beautiful. Quiet, which is what we needed after a long flight from Australia. Eric was helpful and conscientious. Is a small place tucked up next to a lovely Italian restaurant. Easy to get to any place in SF you want to go. I highly recommend this hotel.
